On 12th May 2023, Doulos is celebrating its first successful year of employee ownership.
There are many benefits to becoming employee-owned, from higher productivity and greater levels of innovation to a more engaged and committed workforce. Doulos CEO, Jonathan Burden says, “We are thrilled with our progress in this first year. Our continued independence gives us freedom to expand our training portfolio into emerging areas while staying focused on the highest quality of service. Employee Ownership is about investing for the long-term benefit of employees, and ensuring all employees have a voice in big decisions.
